Terms & Conditions

1. Do read through the terms and conditions listed below before making your purchase with Urban Fella Origin. By making a purchase with Urban Fella Origin, it is deemed that you have acknowledged and agreed to our terms and conditions.
2. All products will be checked through thoroughly before they are mailed out.
3. Urban Fella Origin will not be held liable for defects incurred during the mailing process.
4. In the event that a defect is found or a mistake is made with regards to the order, take a picture of the item with a close-up on the defect and send it to urbanfellaorigin@gmail.com.
5. This has to be done within7 days from the shipment date.
6. Urban Fella Origin will process it on a case-by-case basis. Should we deem that the shortcoming is caused by a lapse in our service,
7. Urban Fella Origin will do a reimbursement for the standard postage of the returned item, however, the item must not be worn, washed and/or altered.
8. Cash refunds are not applicable, and only a new piece of the same design and colour would be exchanged.
9. If the particular design and colour is no longer in stock, another product of the similar price may be chosen.
10. Due to the nature of the manufacturing and measurements, sizes will differ up to 1”.Similarly, item design will differ marginally from what is shown.
11. Customers are advised to buy at their own risk. Therefore, discrepancies in terms of sizing and design would not be applicable for exchange.  
12. Urban Fella Origin will not be held responsible for lost of standard packages. Customers are encouraged to opt for the registered postage to safeguard their interest.
